How Novaxera's Images to PDF works
Novaxera's JPG to PDF converter receives all your images in one upload and adds them to a new PDF, one image per page. Each page is sized exactly to its image's pixel dimensions, so nothing is fitted to A4, padded with margins or cropped. Every image is converted to RGB and embedded as a JPEG at quality 90, which keeps photos and scanned documents clear while holding file size in check.
Pages follow the order in which your browser sends the files, which is usually the order shown in your file picker. There is no drag-to-reorder screen, so numbering files 01-, 02-, 03- is the reliable way to set the sequence. Because images are converted to RGB, transparent areas are not preserved. Files travel over HTTPS, uploads are deleted after processing, and the finished PDF is deleted automatically within 60 minutes.

Limitations to know
- There is no reorder interface: page order follows the file order your browser sends, so number your files first.
- Pages are not fitted to A4 or Letter and there are no page-size or margin options; each page matches its image.
- Transparency is not preserved because images are converted to RGB.
- Large camera photos produce a large PDF; run it through Compress PDF, which downsizes images over 1200 px.
- GIF and HEIC files are not accepted; convert a GIF to JPG or PNG with the image converter first.
Tips for better results
- Crop photos of documents before uploading, because the PDF page will be exactly the size of each image.
- To add more pages to an existing PDF, create a PDF from your images, then join both files with Merge PDF.
- Need the text in your photographed pages? Extract it with Image to Text (OCR).
- Protect a PDF of ID documents with a password using Protect PDF before sending it.
Frequently asked questions
How do I combine multiple JPGs into one PDF?
Select all the JPGs at once in Novaxera's Images to PDF tool, using Ctrl/Cmd+click in the file picker or by dragging them onto the upload box. Novaxera creates one PDF with each image on its own page. Rename files 01-, 02-, 03- first, because pages follow the order your browser sends the files.
Can I change the page order after uploading?
No. Novaxera's Images to PDF tool has no drag-to-reorder interface. Pages follow the order the browser sends the files, which is usually the order shown in your file picker. Renaming images with numbers such as 01-front.jpg and 02-back.jpg is the dependable way to control page order.
Will my images be resized to A4?
No. Novaxera sizes every PDF page to the exact pixel dimensions of its image, with no A4 fitting, margins or cropping. A tall phone screenshot becomes a tall page, and a landscape photo becomes a landscape page. There is no page-size option, so crop images beforehand if you want uniform pages.
Why is my PDF so large?
Large camera photos create large PDF pages, because Novaxera embeds each image at its full pixel size as a quality 90 JPEG. To shrink the result, run it through Compress PDF, which downsizes embedded images larger than 1200 px.
Is it safe to turn photos of my documents into a PDF on Novaxera?
Yes. Novaxera uploads your images over an encrypted HTTPS connection, deletes the uploads as soon as the PDF is built, and deletes the finished PDF automatically within 60 minutes. Files are not shared or used for anything else. For sensitive documents, download the PDF promptly and add a password with Protect PDF if you will share it.
Is Images to PDF free, and how many images can I add?
Yes, Novaxera's Images to PDF tool is free, with no signup and no watermark. You can select several images in one upload, and each image file can be up to 50 MB. Images to PDF and Merge PDF are the only Novaxera tools that accept multiple files at once.
Can I make a PDF from photos on my iPhone?
Yes. Novaxera's Images to PDF tool works in Safari and other modern browsers on iPhone, iPad and Android, with nothing to install. Select several photos from your library or Files app in one go. iPhone HEIC photos are not supported, so set the camera to “Most Compatible” to save photos as JPG.
Does Images to PDF keep transparent PNG backgrounds?
No. Novaxera converts every image to RGB before embedding it as a JPEG, so transparency in PNG, WebP or TIFF files is not preserved in the PDF. If a clean white background matters, convert the transparent PNG to JPG with Convert Image first, which fills transparent areas with white.
