1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of Novaxera (novaxera.cloud), operated by Ghaith Alali ("we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Novaxera.

2. The service

Novaxera provides free online tools to convert, compress, merge, split, edit, protect, unlock and watermark PDF files, and to compress, convert and process images, including OCR and background removal. No account is required. We may add, change, limit or remove tools or features at any time, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

3. Your files

• You keep all rights to the files you upload and to the results. We claim no ownership of them.
• You give us permission to process each file only as needed to perform the task you request.
• Uploads are deleted after processing and results within 60 minutes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Novaxera is not a storage service: always keep your own copy of important files.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload files you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or contains malware;
• use Unlock PDF or any other tool to access documents you are not authorized to open;
• overload, attack, scrape at scale or try to bypass the limits or security of the service;
• use Novaxera in violation of any applicable law.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

5. Results and accuracy

Conversions, OCR, background removal and other automated processing can produce imperfect results, as explained in the "Limitations to know" section of each tool page. Please check results before relying on them, especially for legal, financial or official documents.

6. Advertising

Novaxera is funded by third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of ads or of external websites they link to. See the cookies section of our Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

Novaxera is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, files, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use Novaxera. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
