Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Novaxera (novaxera.cloud) is a free online toolkit of PDF and image tools operated by Ghaith Alali. Questions about this policy: support@novaxera.cloud.

2. Files you upload

• Transfer: files are sent to our servers over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• Processing: each file is processed automatically by the tool you chose, in a temporary folder on our server. We do not open, review or analyze your files ourselves.
• Deletion: your original upload is deleted as soon as processing finishes. The result file is deleted automatically within 60 minutes, whether or not you downloaded it. Files uploaded to the PDF editor are deleted when you save, or within 60 minutes.
• Passwords: passwords you enter in Protect PDF or Unlock PDF are used only to encrypt or decrypt that file. They are not stored or logged.
• No other use: files are never sold, shared, published, used for advertising or used to train AI models.
• Size: uploads are limited to 50 MB per file.

3. Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our server records basic technical information for each request: IP address, browser user agent, the page or file requested, date and time, and the response status. We use these logs only to run the service, prevent abuse and fix problems, and keep them only as long as needed for those purposes. We do not create user profiles from them.

We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number to use the tools. If you email us, we use your email address only to reply.

4. Cookies and advertising

• Necessary: Novaxera sets a security cookie (csrftoken) that protects upload forms against cross-site request forgery. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser's local storage.
• Advertising: to keep Novaxera free we show ads from Adsterra. Adsterra and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads. They never receive your files. See Adsterra's privacy policy.
• Analytics: if we add website analytics, we will name the provider here before enabling it.

You can review your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. Legal basis and your rights

We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable service, and advertising cookies on the basis of your consent where the law requires it. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to object to processing and to complain to a data protection authority. Because Novaxera has no accounts and deletes files within 60 minutes, we usually hold no personal data about you beyond short-lived server logs. To make a request, email support@novaxera.cloud.

6. Children

Novaxera is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
